Sauté bell pepper and onion for 4-5 minutes or until soft. Season with cumin.
Add kale and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until kale is slightly wilted. Remove vegetables from skillet and keep warm.
Add 1/4 teaspoon olive oil to skillet; heat to medium-high heat and swirl to coat.
Place wrap in skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes or until you see bubble pockets starting to form. Flip wrap.
