Cuban Quesadilla

 1 Recommended Wrap
 3 Low-Sodium Ham (sliced thin)
 1 Swiss Cheese (sliced thin)
 3 Dill Pickle Slices
 Mustard (to taste)
 1 Apple

Heat sprayed skillet over medium heat.

Place ham, cheese, pickle, and mustard over one-half of the wrap. Fold opposite side of wrap over ingredients. Place in skillet.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until side-down is slightly browned.

Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Slice into three equal pieces. Enjoy with apple.
