Portobello Mushroom Pizza

Portobello Mushroom Pizza:
Yields4 Servings
 8 Portobello Mushrooms (stem removed)
 2 tbsp Olive Oil (divided)
 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
 ½ cup Sweet Onion (diced)
 ½ cup Green Pepper (diced)
 ¼ cup Black Olives (diced)
 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 15 oz Can of Pizza Sauce
 Garlic Salt (to taste)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Rub mushrooms evenly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.

Sauté minced garlic, onions, and green peppers with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Evenly layer mushrooms with pizza sauce, vegetables, cheese, and black olives.

Place mushrooms on a sprayed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Turn oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is browned and bubbly.

Each serving is 2 portobello mushroom pizzas.
