1 Slice of Bread
1 Chicken Breakfast Sausage
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Heat a sprayed omelette pan over medium heat.

Scramble egg and season with salt and pepper. Just before done, add spinach and feta to pan. Stir into eggs for 1-2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.

Cook chicken sausage according to package directions.

Toast bread.
