1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
3 Green Peppers (diced)
2 Small Onions (diced)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
32 oz Low-Sodium Beef Broth
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 cup Cooked Quinoa
14 oz Amy’s Organic Light in Sodium Cream of Tomato Soup
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Spray stockpot and heat to medium heat.

Add ground turkey breast, onion, garlic, peppers, salt, and pepper; completely cook turkey and allow vegetables to become tender.

Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato soup.

Stir and simmer for 45 minutes.

Gently stir in quinoa.
