1 cup Diced Chicken Breast
1 Apple (Fuji, Braeburn, or Honeycrisp, divided)
1 tbsp Dried Cherries
1.50 tbsp Walnuts
1 tbsp Recommended Mayonaisse
2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Romaine Lettuce
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Cut apple into slices; dice a few slices to equal 1/4 cup diced apple.

Mix chicken breast, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, plain Greek yogurt, dried cherries, 1/4 cup diced apple, and walnuts together.

Serve over top of lettuce. Enjoy with the remaining apple slices.
